Our Mobility & Strength classes focus on using the body in a mindful way to create mobility which is flexibility + strength + stability.
Moving slower than flow, these classes require focus, patience & a desire to improve your mental & physical body.
Strengthen & Restore
Karan will guide you through postures and movements to help you to build strength and stability, improve your mobility, and leave you feeling relaxed. This class is suitable for **most** able bodied adults comfortable with moving their bodies. We rate it a 3 out of 5 on our scale of difficulty.
